Hi ! I'm Ilaria

I was born and raised in Italy, where I completed my studies before my curiosity for the world led me abroad through the Erasmus program. After university, I moved to Paris to pursue the city life I had always dreamed of and begin my career.

Although I had everything I thought I wanted, I felt there was something missing. During a trip to Thailand, I discovered yoga. I still remember my first meditation by the ocean—the first time I experienced a truly quiet mind. That moment changed everything.

A few months later, I left my comfortable life in Paris and set off for Australia in search of a more meaningful way of living. For the next five years, I traveled extensively, embracing uncertainty, working on farms, camping, and constantly stepping outside my comfort zone. Through every new place and experience, yoga became my anchor.

Eventually, I returned to Europe, stopping in Bali to complete my yoga teacher training before teaching in a co-living community in Tenerife. Today, I call Nice home—a city where I feel deeply connected to both the sea and the slower, more intentional lifestyle I have been searching for all along.

Home

After years on the road, Nice feels like the place that reflects who I am today

For years, I believed I was searching for the right place to live. Italy, Paris, Australia, Bali, Tenerife… every destination taught me something, but none of them held the answer I was looking for.

Over time, I realized that what I had been searching for wasn’t a place at all. It was a feeling of home within myself.

Yoga became that home.

Today, my intention is to create the same space for others—a place where you can slow down, breathe, reconnect, and simply be.

My classes combine yoga, mobility, and gentle strength work, inspired by different teachers and places I have learned from along the way.

The focus is always the same: reconnecting with your body. Learning to listen to it, trust it, and move with it rather than against it. Breath is at the center of the practice, guiding you back to presence and ease.

My intention
